Logline:

Following his older brother’s mysterious death, Vegas playboy Nur “Nik” Al Hamdan must return to Abu Dhabi to face a struggle for power as he tries to live up to his brother’s legacy and complete the symbol of his life’s dream: the Abu Dhabi Grand.

Overview:

Abu Dhabi Grand is a family saga revolving around the story of NUR “NIK” AL HAMDAN (early 30s), a charming black sheep whose extravagantly decadent world is turned upside down when his visionary older brother unexpectedly dies. After a 10 years absence, Nik reluctantly returns home to Abu Dhabi for his brother’s funeral. When his father demands that Nik complete the Abu Dhabi Grand—the world’s first 9 star hotel—in his formidable brother’s stead and in time for their youngest sister’s wedding, Nik agrees under pressure and brings in his A-team from his newly opened hotel in Vegas to help with the project. His plan to only do what’s needed and return to his life in the US goes astray when he finds clues that his beloved older brother was actually murdered. Forced to finally grow up, Nik finds himself in the center of a power struggle and realizes he can only survive if he embraces his roots.
